Consultation
We will collaborate to find the tools that work best for you. This is a friendly accompaniment for people or groups who want to start or deepen their mindfulness and self-care practice.
We will explore the fundamentals of mindfulness and different techniques that you can apply in your daily routine. These classes include learning about the impacts of stress on the body, recognizing emotions, and designing wellness strategies through movement, meditation, and breathing. The content is adapted to the needs of each person or group.
We schedule 2 to 4 sessions per month, each one hour long between 3 to 6 months. These times are flexible and depend on the needs of each person or group. We offer a flexible rate based on what you can pay from $ 35-55-75 per person.

Workshops
A space to learn about mindfulness, its benefits and different ways to incorporate it into different lifestyles. We currently offer two one-hour workshops, one-day and three-day workshops divided in three weeks. Currently these workshops are online.
Online Courses
